He was predeceased by: his parents, Modesta Navarro and Miguel D. Navarro; and his siblings, Diane Navarro, Daniel Navarro, David Navarro and Miguel P. Navarro.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Navarro; his children, Celeste Navarro and Brandon Navarro (Mindy); his brother Stephen Navarro (Amy); his sister-in-law Anita Navarro; and his grandsons, Caleb, Matthew and Joshua.
