We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2024, at the age of 90, Monroe Koehne Sr. (Victoria, Texas), born in Hallettsville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Koehne and Mamie Brown; his wife Joan Bruns Koehne; his daughter Sarah Marie Koehne; his brother Charles Koehne; and his in-laws, Martin and Lois Bruns.
He is survived by: his children, Dottie Harper (Larry), Monroe Jr. (Patsy), Martin David (Melissa) and Lonnie Wayne (Brenda); and his brother Harvey Koehne (Janie). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made to Hospice of South Texas Dornburg Center.
