He is survived by: his mother Sandra Kalmus; his wife Laurie Kalmus; his sons, Douglas Kalmus (Bethany), Robert Elliott and Michael Kalmus, Jr. (Samantha); his stepchildren, Ashley Knepper, Randy Delane and Cody Delane (Ashley); his sisters, Belinda Young (Jimmy), Ronda Carroll (Robert), Donna France (Richard) and Debra Braun (Sean); his father-in-law Leroy Sullivan, Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Gattuso (Don), Pamela Johnson (Wade), Leroy Sullivan, Jr. (Donna), David Sullivan (Trish), Michael Sullivan (Stacy) and Duane Sullivan (Sandra). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
