He is survived by: his daughter Maireann Leiva (Lautaro); his grandsons, William Painter and Aaren Leiva of Round Rock; his son Jacob Rodriguez (Jessica); his grandsons, Sammy Rodriguez, Freddie Rodriguez and Jack Rodriguez of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Dora Quintanilla of Palestine, Lupe Saldaña of Gonzales, Chuy Rodriguez, Ray Rodriguez of Houston and Mary Jane Rodriguez of Austin.
