She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanford Williams and Mary Williams; her children, Stephanie Williams and Ricky Williams; and her siblings, Betty Finley, Thelma Jean Williams and Stanford Williams.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Williams, Ronald Williams, Cheryl Williams, Lisa Morris and Latasha Williams; and her sisters, Norma Jackson and Dorothy Williams. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
