We are sad to announce that on December 11, 2023, at the age of 83, Joe Salazar Jr. of Victoria, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe P. Salazar, Sr. and Anita Flores Salazar; his sons, Edward Ray Ramirez and John Patrick Salazar; and his siblings, Beatrice Cano, Carmen Gingrich, Johnny F. Salazar, Henry Salazar and Sgt. Alfredo Salazar.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Bernal Salazar; his children, Joe Alfred Salazar (Ophelia), Mario Salazar (Belinda), Martha Luna (Bobby), Alex Salazar (Janell), Frank Salazar (Barbara) and Adrian Salazar (Kelsey); and his siblings, Connie Orta (Benny), Terry Hernandez, Francisco Salazar, Thomas F. Salazar, Paul Salazar (Rosie), Daniel Salazar (Lisa) and Ray Salazar (Irene). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; along with other family members and friends.
