He is survived by: his wife Jesusita Cisneros; his children, Jennifer Young (Kevin) of Victoria Tx and Jesse Salazar III; and his sisters, Loyola Galvan, Deola Salazar and Hennetta Salazar. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
