He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Means (Garner) and John Andrew Means; his wife Pamela (Adams); and his brother Joe Lee Means. He is survived by: his nieces, Chelleye Block (Wayne) of Hobson, Vicke Tupa (Mark) of Pearland, Karen Armstrong (Robert) of Webster and Frankie Knight (Deanna) of Bayou Vista; and his nephew Allen Adams (Susie).
