She is survived by: her son Daniel J. Bokulich; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Bokulich (Kristen) and Jessica Arron Bishop (Nick); her great grandchildren, Colson, Leighton Bishop, Korbin Bokulich and Brooklyn Bokulich; her sister Rose; her brother-in-law Jack Ladyga; her brother Rick; and her sister-in-law Chris Kovachic.
