He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Andrew Rasmussen, Jr. and Eleanor Hinkle Rasmussen Stryker; his sister Kara Rasmussen; and his nephew Neil Turner. He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Koenning (Dustin) of Point Comfort, Brent Rasmussen of Seadrift, Bradley Rasmussen of Corpus Christi and Karley Salinas (Jeremy) of Victoria. He is also survived by grandchildren, and nephews and nieces.
