As we bid Dean Howard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. He is survived by: his parents, Howard Loewe and Joyce Lacina Loewe; his siblings, Cindy Hudson, Mel Loewe and Bert Loewe; and his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Loewe and Melanie Loewe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the St. Peter Lutheran Church of Hallettsville Hallettsville, TX (100 N Promenade St, Hallettsville, TX 77964). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
