He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Perez and Delfina Martinez Perez; and his siblings, Josephina A. Hernandez, Maria Luisa Reyna, Rudy Perez, Ruben Perez, Rafael Perez, Juan Arranda and Marcelino Arranda.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Perez (Campos); his children, Lindsay Ann Perez-Ali (Osama) of New York, Daniel Perez IV (Melissa) of California, Jimmy Perez (Kristina) of Austin, Cecilio Campos of Wharton and Marcus Dickey of Georgia; and his sister Tina Perez Ocanas (John) of Victoria. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
