He is survived by: his significant other Sandra Kelly (Neely); his children, Westley Kelly (Ashton) and Kyndra Milbrath (Bruce); his sisters, Nora Matson (Joey) and Becky Kelly Maresh; and his granddaughters, Kaylee, Emily Milbrath, Teagyn and Taylen Kelly.
