He is survived by: his children, Veronica Carter (Dewey), Priscilla Ceballos of San Antonio and Mark Anthony Ceballos (Windy) of San Antonio; and his sisters, Francis Gallahar Fulshear of Texas, Anita Huerta of Victoria, Dora Ramirez (Rudy) of Pleasanton and Elvira Flores (David) of Victoria. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
