She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Karm and Claudia Maxey Karm; her husband Leonard Holy; her daughter Shirley Kay Carter; and her siblings, Irene Sims, Louise Brandenberg, Inez Shafer, Lola Rigamonti, Jack, Clarence, Johnny, Orvil and Calvin Karm.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Lempa (Mike), David Holy (Sherill Kullenberg) and Terry Holy (Royanne).
