He was predeceased by: his brothers, Edward Startz, Eugene Startz and Richard Startz. He is survived by: his wife Della Beatrice Startz; his children, Andy Startz, Jr. (Donna) of Cypress, Karen Richardson (Kevin) of Monroe, Margie Bennett (Jim) of Lewisville and Cynthia Shuster of Annapolis, MD; his grandchildren, Matthew Brennan, Joshua Cassatt, Hannah Bennett, Stephanie Bennett, Bethany Startz and Chad Startz; and his sisters, Irene Skoruppa of Corpus Christi and Virginia Bockholt of College Station.
