He is survived by: his children, Harley Richard Murrell (Beverly) of San Angelo, John Michael Murrell of Gruver, Melinda Murrell Davis (Jim) of Gruver and Walter Rob Murrell (Deena) of Gruver, Texas.; his grandchildren, Chad Murrell (Jana), Keely Symons (Mitch), Matthew Murrell (Sara), Michele Kraal (Seth), Max Davis (Christie), Kasey Schrimpf (Jeff), Heather Houston (David), Amber Heimendinger (Rick) and Rob Murrell (Ashley); and his sister Mary Katherine Johnson of Kerrville.
