He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reverend Lulanger Webb Washington, Sr. and Wenona Washington; his son Lulanger Webb Washington, III (Rachel Washington); his wife V. J. Duckett-Washington; his sisters, Alice Watson (Jimmy Watson) and Dinah Washington; his children, LeTitia (JWayne Owens), Marce, GenaVe LaTondra, Sparkle, Crystal and Vanity Jezzell; his nieces, Shunda Harris and Shermara Luckey; his nephew Kenneth Everett, Jr.; his great-nieces, Angela Sarakan and Chasity Smith; his great-nephew Patrick Pope; and also Charli Rose. He was also cherished by 22 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
