He was predeceased by: his wife Leona Shirlene Ballard. He is survived by: his son Michael Ballard; his grandchildren, Stephanie Finke (Jason), Leah Halverson (Christopher) and David Ballard (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Ayden, Bryce, Jaxson and Arianne.
