With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jessie Louise Seals (Vernon, Texas), born in Palatka, Florida, who passed away on January 20, 2019 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dock Bryant and Willie Mae Bryant; her spouse Elvin F Seals; and her grandchildren, Sandra Harris, Theodore Davis IV (Michelle), Tia Thomas, Derek Davis, Shrone Jenkins (Rico) and Dominic Seals (Renea). She was also cherished by great grandchildren; six loving great great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
