She was predeceased by: her husband Ramon Welch. She is survived by: her children, Denise Schmidt (Terry) of Sacramento, CA, Troy Andrew Welch and Michael Dell Welch (Marcia) of Midland, TX. She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Donations may be made to the Texas State Library's Talking Book Program, which provides audio books to the sight impaired.
