It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Cates of Vernon, Texas, born in Marshall, Texas, who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Seeber and Ann Seeber; her former husband Bernie Leftwich; and her brother Charles Seeber. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Cates of De Kalb, Texas; her daughter Carol; her children-in-law, Doug White of De Kalb, Texas and Linda Leftwich of Dallas, Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Michael White (Amanda) of Arlington, Rocky Leftwich (Suzanne) of Lantana, Allison Meier of Fort Worth, Tyson Meier of Fort Worth and Austin Leftwich of Stillwater, Pennsylvania; and her great grandchildren, Avery White, Kate White, Campbell Meier, Alexis Leftwich and Nathan Leftwich.
