He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Causey of Rowlett and Martee Adams Sepulvado of Midlothian; his grandchildren, Clay Causey of Gilmer, Zachary Adams of Dallas and Calley Causey of Fayetteville, Arkansas.; his close friend Sam McAda; and his wife Ann Foster.
