He is survived by: his children, James E. Lipe, Jr. (Cathy) of Longview, Alberta and Tammy McMennamy (Jim) of Venus; his siblings, Betty Manis of Rogersville, Bobbie Johnson of Rogersville, Tennessee, Pete Lipe (Mary) of Rogersville and Roy Lipe (Margaret) of Rogersville, Tennessee; and his grandchildren, Clinton, Nikki, Sarah, Dustin, Vincent, Trevor, Kaitlyn, Phoenix and Lauren. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
