Mary Alice Nation Obituary

We are sad to announce that on June 7, 2023, at the age of 87, Mary Alice Nation (Vega, Texas) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary Alice Nation to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Letha Russ and Shorty Russ; her husband Roy Maxie Robertson; her siblings, William Russ and Fran Taylor; her son David Robertson (Debra); and her stepsons, Jim, Toby and Roger Nation.

She is survived by: her former husband Jim; her sister Jane Carroll; her daughter Debra Robertson; her son-in-law Jim Driver; her grandsons, Seth and Jerry Goldfarb; and her great grandchild Fox Bernard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, stepsons, step-grandchildren, and step-great-grandchildren.

Thanks to her faith, we can only imagine how many people keep warm every night using the quilts and baby Christmas stockings produced for donation by the Sewing Group she led at Hillcrest Baptist Church.
