She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Beene and Mona Beene; her husband Roger L. Morris Jr.; and her siblings, Jack, Ben, Teddy Beene and Nell Wilson.

She is survived by : her children, Tanya Morris Holloway (Andrew) of Canadian and Roger L. Morris III (Mary Ann) of Vega, Texas.; her grandsons, Tarlton Holloway of Amarillo, Roger "Chip" L. Morris IV (Lauren) and Reese Morris (Katherine) of Vega; and her great grandchildren, Rhett of Vega, Sutton of Vega, Ruby of Vega and Riggs Morris of Vega.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vega Methodist Church (208 N 9th St, Vega, TX 79092). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
