It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edna Thurston of Vega, Texas, who passed away on March 29, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Horrell and Edna Horrell; her siblings, Berneice, Clyde Horrell, Wilbur Horrell, Cecil Horrell, Gherald Horrell, Roy Horrell, Oscar Horrell and Larry Horrell; and her grandson Zack Thurston.
She is survived by: her son Bobby J. Thurston of Freemont, NE; her grandchildren, Beau Thurston of Kenowa, OK, Miranda Allen of Scottsdale, AZ, Travis Thurston of Houston, TX and Tyler Thurston of Houston, TX; her great grandchildren, Kaiya, Rigby Allen, Tinsley, Tate, Tess and Taylor Thurston; and her friend Joyce. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
