She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake B. Smith and Pansy Lane Smith; her husband Owen Wells, Jr. (Red) of Benton; and her siblings, John Earl Smith, Henry U Smith, Wanda May Penrose and Shirley Jo Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Wells Stumpf of Marshal and Owen Dudley Wells III (Doug) of Morley; her sisters, Mary Ann Phillips of Morley, MO and Lillian Milam of Jonesboro, IL; and her grandchildren, William Kluesner (Jamie), Jeremy J Kluesner, Christopher J Tuey, Kristina D Tuey, Jennifer L Burger, Charles J Wells, Owen Dudley Wells IV and Ryan Wells. She is also survived by her family and friends.
