He is survived by: his wife Darlene Goode of Van; his son Randy; his daughter-in-law Robyn Goode of Sherman; his brother-in-law Finis Clinton; his grandchildren, Aaron, Samantha Goode, Ashley, Keith Harness, Trevor, Lindsay Goode, Jake Goode, Baleigh, Hunter Nick, Caitlann Peden, James Stricken and Grace Stricken; his great grandchildren, Callan Jo, Callum, Linden, Owen and Kohen; his nephew Terry Jones; and his close friends, Sam Nipp and Carrie "Sissy" Blackmon.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Hospice of East Texas, Pruitt Baptist Church, or to the Alzheimer Association.
