He is survived by: his wife Sally Mitchell of Ben Wheeler; his children, Scott Mitchell of Los Angeles, CA and Stacey; his son-in-law BJ Anderson of Ben Wheeler; his grandsons, Justus and Gage Anderson; his brother Pat Mitchell (Beverly) of Eustace; and his sisters-in-law, Martha Mitchell of Ben Wheeler, Julie Mitchell of Ben Wheeler and Judy Mitchell of Ben Wheeler.
