It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba Lois Hukill of Van, Texas, born in Alba, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Franklin Hardy and Annie Eudora Glass Hardy; and her niece Maria Henson. She is survived by: her husband Hukill of Van; her daughter Misty; her son-in-law Wayne Kubala of Van; her brother Billy Joe; her sister-in-law Marcelene Hardy of Tyler; and her nephew Geoff (Susie Hardy) of Van.
