He was predeceased by: his parents, Malvin Fowler and Viola Miller Fowler; and his siblings, Eldeane Stovall, Mary Harrell, Jonell Damm and Malvin Fowler.
He is survived by: his spouse Dyanne; his children, Robin Collins (Dan Collins), Hunter Wilder (Maria Wilder) and Brandy Clower (Ken Clower); his grandchildren, Ryan Collins, Molly Collins, Reece Niemuth, Faith Niemuth, Caden Niemuth, Ethan Blair and Emily Blair; his sister Bettye Wright; and his children, Kevin Fowler and Jenny Fowler. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; as well as a very large extended family and friends.
