With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janice Jean Mulford of Van, Texas, born in Hampton, Iowa, who passed away on February 1, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Spencer J. Mulford and Erma Irene Shafer Mulford; her siblings, Donald Mulford and Marjorie Butts; her great-niece Amanda Kay Short; and her brothers-in-law, Val Butts and Roger Hammarmeister.

She is survived by: her sister Marilyn Hammarmeister of Colorado; her stepsiblings, Linda Whitney of Louisiana and Wayne Mulford (Ruth) of Tyler; and her nieces and nephews, Karry Short (Jason), Chris Hammarmeister, Casey Hammarmeister (Linda), Kylene Hammarmesiter, Tiffany Money (Chris), Teresa Ashworth, Leatha Orr, Sara Whitney and Aimee Guthrie. She is also survived by twenty-two great-nieces and nephews; and seven great-great-nieces and nephews.
