She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Welch and Eldeane Stovall; her stepfather Stovall; and her siblings, Debbie Gamble and Steve Welch.
She is survived by: her husband Ocia Langner (Jerry); her children, Wes Vanderhoofven (Beth) and Jill Kibodeaux (Karl); her grandchildren, Nikki Vanderhoofven, Taylor Parsons (Destiney) and Parker Parsons; her great grandchildren, Elouise Thompson, Ana Parsons and Elsie Gayle Parsons; and her siblings, Dale Welch, Kathy Menchaca, Larry Welch and Debbie Shoemaker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Union Chapel Cemetery.
