He is survived by: his wife Misty Welborn of Van; his children, Amanda Welborn, Seth Welborn and Tanner Welborn (Cati); his stepchildren, Kayla Eschberger (Trey), Mason Neal (Christalen) and Raine Neal; his stepfather Jimmy Lewis; his stepbrother Toby Lewis (Renae); his parents-in-law, John and Judy Hutton; and his grandchildren, Madi, Ross, Gage, Finleigh and Rylen.
