It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Kay Milligan Baker of Van Horn, Texas, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on November 18, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Henry Allen and Alice Laverne Allen (Edwards); her husband Cecil Milligan Jr. (Donald Baker); and her brothers, Jim, Frank and John.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Edgar Baker; her daughter Cheryl Parker (Donald) of Van Horn; her niece Linda Kay Macy (John) of Helendale; her nephew Bobby Allen of California; and her stepchildren, Robin Belford of Carrier Mills, Jill Fillingim (Larry) of Ridgway and Gill Baker (Stephanie) of Luling, Louisiana. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
