It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia E. Neill (Van Alstyne, Texas), who passed away on July 31, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Elmer Waggener. She is survived by: her mother Nancy E. Tiner; her sister Linda Caldwell; her niece Virginia A. Hudgins; and her daughters, Theresa (Alan Lewis), Elaine Hudgins, Rae Cloutier and Debbie Wimer. She is also survived by friends as a loving mother, grandmother, GG and Aunt.
