He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallene Freda Brumme Bailey and Chester Lee Bailey; and his brother Douglas Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Donna Bailey; his stepdaughter Jaclyn Fuqua; and his siblings, Helen Bailey, Lee Bailey (Sharon), Lynn Bailey (Detta) and Wayne Bailey (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
