He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blair and Mary Anna Blair. He is survived by: his friend Judy Carol Edwards; his children, Kristi Blair Ellis (David) of Tom Bean and Keith Blair of Van Alstyne; his wife Judy Blair; his grandchildren, Tyler Ellis of Fort Worth, Tanner Ellis (Randi) of Tom Bean, Allie Ellis (Jaxon Cantu) of Tom Bean and Amy Hayes (Casey) of Hewitt; his great grandchildren, Ryan and Luke; and his sister Judy McDonough (Dean) of Howe. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
