He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sizemore and Lois Elese Sizemore (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Lou Sizemore (Poppy); his son Jerid Sizemore (Carisa); his grandchildren, Jerid and Ashlyn; his son Gregory Smith (Joanna); his grandchildren, Zachary, Mallory and Tenleigh; his son Johnny "Booter" Smith; his grandchildren, Cooper and Ella; his daughter Poppy Crawford (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Janessa, Shaun and Jeff Riss (Joey); his sister Elese Sizemore Barber (Roy); and his niece Trisha Crawford.
