It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oscar Williams (Van Alstyne, Texas), who passed away on April 4, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Preston Williams and Nettie Phipps Williams; and his siblings, Verdie O'Briant, Sylvester Williams, Dovie Harris, Estelle O'Briant, Elmer Williams, Imogene Crawford, Lena Means, John Williams, James Williams and JB Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Dixon (Monte) of Whitewright and Kathy Ellison of Van Alstyne. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
