It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Ola Beers (Van Alstyne, Texas), who passed away on January 31, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lewis and Sally Grisom Lewis; her husband Earl Beers; her siblings, Raymond Lewis, Earnest Lewis, Hilda Crawford, Theda Adams, Estelle Knorr, Henry Lewis and Wanda Mitchell; her son Gary Nash (Robbie) of WhiteMound; her great grandchild Charles Nash (Rebecca); her children, Caleb, Caden and Angela Rivette (Kevin); her granddaughters, Briana, Madalyn and Sophia; her child Abbie Nash; her grandchildren, Elijah and Ava; her sons, Aaron Stamatoiu (Dennis), Mark Beers, James Thomas Brigid (Mellisa) of Peele, AR. and Bobby Beers; and her grandchild Ashlyn Beers.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Lewis; and her stepchildren, Kirt Beers (Kelly), Mark Beers and Terri Ruth (Darwin).
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Scoggins Funeral Home Chapel (637 W Van Alstyne Pkwy, Van Alstyne, TX 75495). A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the White Mound Cemetery White Mound Cemetery.
