He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Sheila Davis (Jay) of Howe, Jon Hayes (Wendy) of Gunter and Sherry Duran (David) of Dorchester; his siblings, Darrel Hayes of Dumas and Nelda Lewis of Amarillo; his parents, Roy Hayes and Eula Hayes; and his brother Hubert Hayes. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
