He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Bryant of Anna; his sons, Bryant (Anita), Kelly (Rene) and Jason (Amy); his siblings, Jack O'Neal of Anna, Deanie (William Loftice) of Howe and Myra Sue Chandler of Anna; and his parents, Selby O'Neal and Nellie O'Neal of Anna.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to either the Christian Church of Anna, or Scottish Rite Hospital in honor of Leon O'Neal. "the family will be attending a brief memorial graveside service and respectfully asks that any who wish to attend wear face coverings and keep a safe distance".
