He is survived by: his parents, Jim Fetz and Sondra Fetz; his siblings, James Fetz (Brandy), Ruthie Fetz, Alyssa Fetz, Paula Fuzzell (David) and Karen Fetz; his daughter Amber; and also, Christina, Matt and Pat.

In lieu of flowers, the Fetz family has requested donations be made directly to Camp Craig Allen, in memory of Justin.
