She is survived by: her spouse Glen "Tee" Stephens; her children, Jeffery Glen, Kerri Jeanene and Jennifer Lee; her significant other Tee Stephens; her brothers, Charles Cody and Phillip Cody; her children, Jeff and Joseph; and her grandchildren, Nick, Abbey, Julie, Shanita, Shakeitha, Kayla, Kennedy, Josph III and Kylen.
