He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Elliott and Natalie Church (Donnie); his grandchildren, Garrett Bullock, Leighton Church, Bailey Church and Brylan Church; and his brothers, Arvil Dale Reynolds (Sandy, Jerry Dennis), Johnny Douglas Elliott (Sheree) and Joe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
