He is survived by: his siblings, Dale Huckaby and Nancy Seawell; his son Steve Huckaby; his great grandchild Knox Floyd; his wife Dot Burchfield Huckaby; his sister Sandy Cestarte Howe (Paul); his children, Chris Huckaby Carrollton (Alyson), Wendy Blaine The Colony (Kevin), Brian Christopher Gunter (Jennifer) and Kim Vogel Van Alstyne (Dieter); and his friends, Freddy, Judy Vestal, Doc, Daisie Smithwick, Alton, Jean Norman and Carolyn Cavender. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
