He was predeceased by: his mother Betty J. Nicholson; and his grandchildren, Benny and Dakota. He is survived by: his children, Tammie, Ricky and Joshua; his grandchildren, Morgan Brown, Christopher Bell, Allison Bell, David Rivera, Chase Lally and Cassidy Burns; his great grandchildren, Carson, Landyn, Gracelyn, Hadley and Maddison; and his siblings, Jack, Jim, Sue and Terry.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to the Toys for Tots, Cook Children's, or any other child charity origination.
