It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janis Hicks (Van Alstyne, Texas), born in Dallas, Texas, who passed away on June 25, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Leighton Hicks of Van Alstyne; her children, Renee (Russell), Michael (Carolyn), Margaret, Delanna, Jeffrey (Kirsten), Mary Jayne (Tom), Jeanne Anne (Stephen) and Eric (Stacy); and her grandchildren, Heather, Brittany, Patrick, Haleigh, Chance, Taylor, Courtney, Presley, Ally and Jonah.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Building Fund at Holy Family Catholic Church, Van Alstyne, TX.
